Hydraulic Compressors

Go Natural is developing a new breed of natural gas compressors running on hydraulics instead of rotary driven motors.  These compressors have several distinct advantages over conventional compressors.

1. Our reduced speed compressor moves at 35 – 50 Strokes per minute compared to conventional technology running over 1,000 RPM. This reduces friction caused damage and will increase the life of the system.
2. Oil free operation.  Most of the rotary driven compressors require crank case lubrication. Our design is oil free which eliminates the need for coalescing filtration to eliminate injector failure.
3. We have also incorporated an auto-cycling system. This allows us to keep all electronic valves separated from the hydraulic power unit. By doing so we can eliminate using explosion proof motors and controls, which reduces cost significantly.
4. By using a modular design repairs are easily accomplished in the field by the users. This reduces maintenance cost.
5. The modular design also allows for the customer to start out with a small unit then add additional units as demand increases without having to replace the initial investment.
6. Used in parallel they provide redundancy to the station so the station is never out of operation if a compressor goes down.

To develop our new hydraulic compressors we have partnered with Parker Hannifin a multi-billion dollar component manufacturer.  Our new compressors will be available to the market in 2011.  Our compression chambers compress large amounts of gas with every stroke.  It actually compresses gas forwards and backwards.  It also gets to 5,000 psi in only 2 stages.   Durability is more than 3 times that of other conventional compressors.
